Happy 25th Birthday, Mac!

Apple's Macintosh turns 25 today. The Mac has come a long way from its first 128-kilobyte RAM model. Inspired by XeroxPARC ideas, Apple first sold this beige wonder box with a clicking mouse and graphic user interface on January 24, 1984. What can I say? Steve Jobs had me at hello.

One quarter century later, Apple still makes exceptional desktops and notebooks, the ultimate gift for a Mac fan. Consider Apple's line of Macbook notebooks. Or choose from the budget-end Mac Mini, the stylish iMac and the tower-sized Mac Pro. Of course, giving a Mac may break the gift budget, so you might offer an Apple gift card toward your giftee's next computer purchase.

I bought 2 accessories from www.newpcgadgets.com for the Mac, Laptop Smart Feet (laptop riser and cable management). I also bought The Rail for the iMac, a cable organizer that mounts to the aluminum pedestal base. Great products!
