This weekend, my wife and I prepared our Christmas cards. I am looking with pride at two neat stacks of signed, sealed, and stamped envelopes, ready for the mailbox on Monday morning.

For our Christmas stamps, we chose the “Holiday Knits” collection. The snowman in top hat (pictured right) is my favorite in the four stamp series. And, just so you know, the U.S. Postal Service recommends mailing your holiday cards and letters by Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007, to arrive before Christmas Day.

I spent about an hour online verifying mailing addresses. My go-to site for checking home addresses is AnyWho, AT&T’s online directory.
